BELONG CHARLOTTE NETWORK - LEADERSHIP & CULTURE GATHERING
On July 9th, the Belong Charlotte Network is gathering around one question: what does it take to build a church culture where individuals and families with disabilities truly belong?
❓ Why this gathering? Our network data shows that most churches engaged with us today are still emerging or developing in this work. That is an honest starting point, and it is exactly why we are meeting. Belonging does not start with a program. It starts with leadership and culture.
📑 What we'll cover: A Leadership & Culture panel featuring pastors, nonprofit leaders, and parents raising children with disabilities. Together, they will speak to what it really takes to move from good intentions to a church where belonging is owned, blessed by leadership, and carried by someone empowered to lead it well.
👥 Who should be in the room? Churches at every stage, whether you are just beginning or already developing a ministry. We are also inviting nonprofits and ministry partners because no church builds a strong disability ministry alone. The healthiest ministries partner well and strategically with trusted nonprofits across our city.
