Conversations Across Charlotte: Equipping the church to host meaningful conversations around life and faith.
Charlotte is a city full of churches, and there is real power when those churches begin to think together, share what they have learned, and reach for the same tools. We all carry the same desire: to reach our neighbors, to reach the lost, and to see people in our city take a genuine step toward Jesus.
We believe that desire moves further when we move together.
That is why we are gathering.
Why are we here?
This is a working conversation about what becomes possible when the church across Charlotte decides to move as one. We are not here to launch a program. We are here to steward a moment, to listen well, and to begin shaping something that belongs to the whole city rather than any one church.
What will we cover?
We will walk through the State of Evangelism report at a high level, giving you an early look at where our city actually stands. From there, we will open the conversation around a citywide Alpha pilot for Charlotte.
This is the start of the conversation, not the conclusion. Your voice helps shape it.
Who needs to be in the room?
Pastors and Alpha or lay leaders need to be in the room. You carry both an understanding of how to cast vision for this within your congregation and the lived experience of running Alpha on the ground. You have seen what works. You know the barriers. You have stories of lives changed and moments that stalled.
And if Alpha is new to you, you belong here too. If you sense God stirring something in your church around evangelism and discipleship, this is the room where that next step begins.
We need your voices in the room as we continue to understand how God might want to steward a citywide movement with Alpha.
